Some ideas aren’t right for the time, but just too good to let go. You have to put them on the shelf, which is often the same thing as the trash. What began as Porsche-colored pencils for a direct mail piece transformed into Porsche-colored spray paint for a street art project before eventually finding the right mix of audience, objective, occasion and kick-ass partners to help pull it off. In this case, those partners were Backdrop Home, Dwell, and a collection of creators who would put these Porsche colors to work.
