Maybe it’s because people love cable so much that makes the pain of paying for it felt so deeply. It’s a genuine love hate relationship, and as relationships go can feel pretty one-sided. Still, you get used to it. You accept it and live in widespread misery.  Dish wanted to tell people that they have a choice. That we can all enjoy better TV.   To convey the news, we came up with an idea that plays into the anger people feel toward cable, and how much better life can be without it. No huge bills sucking money out of your wallet. No stinky service. No big bites into your paycheck.
